6. Payments & Commercial Terms

All pricing is provided via official proposals or quotations
Payment terms will be defined per project
Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services

No work will be delivered in full until agreed payments are completed.

7. Revisions & Scope

Projects include a defined scope of work
Additional revisions or requests outside scope may incur extra charges
Timelines depend on client responsiveness and approval cycles

8. Third-Party Platforms

DigiB services may involve third-party platforms such as:

Advertising platforms
Social media platforms
Analytics tools

We are not responsible for:

Platform outages or changes
Policy restrictions or account suspensions
Performance fluctuations caused by external factors

9. Limitation of Liability
